About Us

The Wonder Years is a setting at the heart of the community offering childcare for children aged 3-11years.

Our unique location is no accident, situated next to Wigginton Primary we opened our doors in 1971 under the name of Jack in the box operating at Wigginton Recreational hall, in 2009 we became The Wonder Years and since then we have flourished!

With Wigginton Primary School alongside us it offers the perfect opportunity to build strong links and enables us to offer our services to the children in our local community.  

Our goal is to provide a happy, healthy and safe environment where children are given the opportunity to Play, Grow and Belong.

Children in our care an opportunity to build relationships, friendships and independence.

We strive to provide an inclusive practice to offer an environment which supports children and families. We thrive on working in close partnership with parents ensuring you all feel valued, included and supported.
